А де власне помилка? link призначений для виділених поворотів. А це не виділений поворот, а основна частина дороги. Подивіться на різні рендери, те що ви робите виглядає страшно, навіть з врахуванням того, що не можна мапити під рендер. Де ви взяли інформацію, що так треба робити?

По хорошому ще треба на кільцях повиправляти shortcut-и - з'єднання 2х або більше заїздів на кільце в одній точці. Без цього роутери не дають підказки "Поверніть в перший з'їзд", бо в графі маршруту немає ліній з теґом junction=roundabout
І взагалі топологія цього кільця виглядає підозріло ускладненою, спробую перевірити чи є фото, або якісні супутникові зображення з розміткою

Дякую,що додали теґ будівлі. Будь ласка не стирайте amenity=school, його зазвичай вішають на територію, але коли вона не позначена, то на саму будівлю разом із building=school. Це основний теґ, який визначає школу. Одна школа - одне amenity=school.
