2. Відповідно до визначення - проспект - довга, пряма та широка вулиця в містах. Тобто статус "проспект" більше підходить до головних доріг

I don't see any reasons shift these boundaries through any validator warnings

До речі сільські ради залишилися, в сільських громадах так називаються органи самоврядування.

Але для чого видаляти церкву?

А для чого було вкорочувати Т-07-24? Згідно документів ця дорога має 13.9 км?
