Kennedy Road has been blocked off permanently and no longer joins Umgeni road at this location due to the whole M19 N2 interchange being rebuild.

A lot of the places around this note are marked as place:town.

I would suggest that they should be downgraded to villages, based on size, and also that this many towns in a 30km by 30km block does not seem too likely.

I do not know this area, however, so would welcome dissenting opinions.

cf: place=town for what a town should be, taking note of "Use place=town to identify an important urban centre" which none of these appear to be.
