Speed limits need survey here; we currently have 10mph east, 20mph west, but no there's signage at the start of Friary, so might even be 30mph in part.

This has been mapped as "bicycle=no" with a Changeset comment of "Clarified that a footpath is not suitable for bicycles" -- it's not clear this is a valid edit. Bing Streetside doesn't appear to show any no-cycling signs.
