From this point up to the connection with 'rijnwaalpad' there is no longer a road. Along this side of the rijnwaalpad there is a ditch and dense bushes, so it isn't even possible to pass on foot.

Could someone update the map with that information?

I don't know how to make the edit correctly, so hopefully someone else can do it.
There is an old, partially asphalted road as indicated by the white road on the map. It does however stop at this point and path #153185787 does not continue to the north west. I also checked at the 'neuer grenzweg' where this path would connect, but there is no path starting there either.
