The old Washington Street School is now open and being used by businesses - yoga, manufacturing, etc. Still undergoing renovations towards the south entrance and stairway. Not open to public yet, but plans are under development for a cafe.

There is a path built here, I believe it must be a right of way - it was built over a few days in 2024 probably by the land owners. It connects with the back of the Craft Works building grounds and leads round eventually to Hydepark Street.
