Seperate lanes is two lines?

Am I missing something or is this yard a mess?

Why not merge the road and the sidewalk/bike lane and label correct? Having both on top of each other is confusing to me.

There seems to be an Imagery with Bing. Consequently all buildings and roads have to be moved.
