Is there a multi-use path on the west side of Creek Bend Road? According to City of Winnipeg data, this north-south stretch of Creek Bend Road has a paved path for cyclists and pedestrians.

City of Winnipeg data says that this is a multi-use path. Does this support bicycle users? If so, I would expect this to have highway=cycleway and either bicycle=designated and foot=designated if signed or bicycle=yes and foot=yes if not signed.
