Removed name from track. Haven't found any info that Apļa iela should wrap around this corner property. Don't even think this track still exists based on various satellite imagery.

Second edit to this road. Previously, I changed it from permissive to private due to the restricted access to this area. This time I changed back to permissive to match the surrounding roads, but removed the name "From Ferry (Trucks)."

Sardzes iela currently ends at the junction with Jura Ziemeļa iela; beyond is only grass. I moved the point between Sardzes iela "residential road" and Sardzes iela "proposed highway feature" back to meet at the intersection with Jura Ziemeļa iela.
