Hi, presumably the original position was based on previous slope preparations (last winter aerial images are from 2015). These can change every year and so the signposts for the winter hiking trails are also repositioned in the snow every year again. The Vorarlberger ‘Wanderwegekonzept’ and its legal handbook do not generally provide guidelines for attachment to house walls. Each individual signpost either has its own post or is attached to an existing public street lamp.
By the way, on page 62 of the manual, you can see a winter hiking trail sign attached to a wooden post.

I see, thanks for the second link! Currently 34.30 % of all ferrata's with via_ferrata_scale have a sac_scale. And 13.20 % have a surface. Considering that only 23.77% of highways have a surface tagged, this is not that unusual I would argue.

Im Zeitungsartikel sieht man im Titelbild das Schild "Radfahrer absteigen". Das drückt "bicycle=dismount" aus. Man darf hier mit dem Fahrrad drüber, aber nicht fahren - nur schieben.

Ich habe das wieder zurück geändert.

Where can you find that information in the document?
On the first page, I can only read in the top left corner (translated): ‘Attachment at Hundsweg on the residential side’. And at the bottom of the diagram it says ‘new mounting (300/60)’, which stands for a post 300 cm high and 60 mm in diameter.
Where can you find the ‘wall mounting’ in the document?

Danke! Dann ist es also doch ein normaler, privater Parkplatz für private Kraftfahrzeuge. Somit mit "access=private", wie es bereits zuvor war. Korrigierst du das wieder oder soll ich das tun?
