Hallo Alexander,
dieser StreetComplete Quest zielt nur auf die rechtliche Situation ab, also ob es per Verkehrszeichen verboten ist und nicht ob man es "lieber nicht tun sollte".
In Österreich müsste deshalb hier ein Vorschriftszeichen § 14.b stehen: osm.wiki/File:Vorschriftszeichen_14b.svg

Da es dieses Zeichen hier nicht gibt, habe ich deine Änderung rückgängig gemacht.
