Changeset When Comment
132372976 about 2 years ago

Because the "building" itself is untouched, only the nodes of the building are moved.

Hi guys, that's the wrong changeset you're discussing.
This changeset was created February 10, 2023. When you go back in time to the 9th Feb 2023 the building is already wrong: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1DKo

You can go back to Nov 02, 2022 till the building is correct: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1DKp

That means the building geometry was "destroyed" on this date. When you search for changesets on this date in this area you will find this one: changeset/128381950

To prove this, check the geometry changes in OsmCha: https://osmcha.org/changesets/128381950/

Cheers

Hi,

just a general recommendation: changesets should be local.

To avoid conflicts and as a courtesy to reviewers, it is recommended to:

• combine changes in a small geographical area (within a city, district or province)

• keep changes within the same country

• upload/save changes before moving on to map in a different area

Why? Have a look at the section
"Geographical size of changesets" on this wiki page:
osm.wiki/Changeset

Thanks for considering, have a nice day and happy mapping!

Was denkst du?
