Hi, regardless of the signs it's mostly a good idea to save the old name as "alt_name" or "old_name" to have a little bit history. As there is the Spring with the name "Hellabründl" nearby it's quite sure the "old" name had an intention :) I've already did this here.

What's the name of the hotel? And is it actually in a building?

Wenn das ein Fuß-und Radweg ist, dann sollte der Weg über die Brücke kein highway=footway sondern auch ein highway=path werden. Sonst kommt da kein Radfahrer mit dem Navi drüber.

Und der Weg hört unten beim landuse auf und nicht beim track!

surface=paved is a paved and solid surface.
tracktype=grade2 is an unpaved surface.

Is it gravel? Or asphalt? Or something else?
