Does this short waterway exist? Aerial imagery does not imply any ditch etc and it clashes with building, with no obvious road crossing infrastructure.

1380 Bertram Street is set to be demolished, as per Kelowna Permit #73395.

Please update building tags as demolished once it has occured. Don't do this before they have actually begun work.

This portion is bike only! Mountain bikes come over the crest of this steep portion without stopping. A hiker on the route makes bikes bail out onto not-rideable terrain. Makes for bent bikes and broken limbs.
