The speed limit on NW 23rd Ave. east of 98th St. and west of NW 43rd Ave is 45 mph. (The Maps used in my vehicle indicate 30 mph.)

There is a new apt complex, 23 West Apts., on the northeast corner of NW 23rd Ave and 98th St.
