The development is on the Hendry County side NOT Lee County, not sure if that matters. What is the situation with the short sale mentioned on the attachment? They are already talking about 1000 homesite in the description yet the title state 150 ranchettes. There are already homes built with in this property? One the one hand it gives the appearance that the entire yellow area is the available properties but reading it looks like that area is the entire development that houses over 1000 properties in which this developer is offering 150 properties that he has the rights to in which are in short sale. Let me know what is the short sale position? is the $7K per lots asking the banks approval number? and anything else you have on it. These are savvy buyers in this area for land and I need to know what I am presenting to them.
