Go Kart City - awesome for kids and not too expensive. Also has batting cages, a small arcade, and mini-golf.

Daytona Lagoon

Mini water-park with arcade, go-karting, mini-golf, and beachside access. They validate parking.

There also exists a small dirt road here which leads to approximately three houses. For two of the houses this is the only way to reach them.
