For a block east of the Broadway, East Yesler Way intersection the East Yesler Way cycle track is grade separated from the road surface. I redrew East Yesler Way to show this.

The OSM WIki recommends drawing protected cycle lanes as their own cycle path next to the road. So for Broadway I drew a new cycle path next to the street and removed the cycleway:right=track tag from the street in the appropriate areas.
