roundabout needs to be added

Partially mapped sidewalk (drawn as separate way) here is messing up pedestrian routing. The sidewalks on this part of S Jackson Street are already correctly mapped using sidewalk=both, and this way should probably be removed, and the half-drawn crosswalks to the east fixed.

A lot of this area has changed due to the move of 1st. Parking appears very different than as mapped, but that *may* be down to bad referencing on my part.
