hola y recibe mi bienvenida a OSM. te tengo una pregunta, si conoces el lugar, para interpretar correctamente estas manchas blancas que has mapeado como "farmland". me parecen invernaderos, pues me parecen.
por lo general es preferible marcar el área a cultivo como un único conjunto, quizás interrumpido por hileras de árboles, en lugar que tantos polígonos individuales.

hola. gracias por mapear Panamá! may I suggest practicing with clearer changeset comments. you state here "did some detailing", which is ways more generic than "added and refined two rivers, added a few homes". this helps the reviewing process. osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

es un edificio, cierto? entonces "building=*". "landuse" es para extensiones como pueblos, barriadas, centros comerciales, en que se encuentran edificios (building).

Hi BigKev97. you are adding names to residential roads, declaring as source "Bing" and leaving the "source" label in the objects you are editing. this sounds to me like introducing confusion.
