in my opinion, a bad edit. post office and supermarket "created" here were already in the database, and you deleted them, to create them again. this disrupts history.

About thus pier, is there a path on it? Then it should be mapped, possibly by adding a highway tag to the pier element. If the path continues on the oppisite site, if you know how it runs, you could consider mapping it, too.
