I don't know what is your information source, I simply took the bus and mapped the route we followed. this is what I personally observed on May 16th and May 19th 2021.
btw: your comment refers to changeset/105368550, that's where I defined the route, but you're right, I forgot to mention "survey" in my source list.

YMUP, YouthMappers: that's a keyword and I'm using it to remember at first sight what a specific changeset was about. in this case, regarding the timestamp, I'm also collecting some easy-to-read evidence to contrast those YouthMappers statements sounding like "our contributions are 90% correct". please don't throw gazoline on the fire, thank you.

structure of changeset comment: verb of action + object + something to recognize and group changesets. in this case "YMUP" felt adequate.

referring to why I'm mentioning the name of the original author, it's that I'm using the term "Alvarado2510 buildings" to group my fixes to what he dumped in the OSM database starting March 2020 (https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1aMI).
regarding any of my contributions, if you think you can do better, this is OSM, please be my guest.

la comunidad Peruana parece utilizar la plataforma Telegram para mantenerse en contacto. sin embargo, la manera oficial y pública es a través de los comentarios a los conjuntos de cambios. el objetivo de todos los "maperos" OSM es describir la realidad objetiva en la manera más correcta y útil. OSM es un sistema complejo y es normal empezar haciendo errores, lo importante es sacarle el máximo provecho de toda retroalimentación, y mejorar la práctica. y bienvenido/a al mundo OSM!
