It is forbidden for cars and motors, is complete unpaved and at larger parts almost destroyed as can be seen in this video: (look at about 11:30 and beyond). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrkNJdLtUbA This track should have highway=track with tracktype=grade3.
