133452570	almost 3 years ago	The DWG ticket for this change contained this message: "Coons Road, off SR-9, Sedro Woolley, WA, is a private drive way. It is NOT a public road. There are Jersey blocks at the intersection of the tee blocking off the north portion, which serves several houses. Both southern legs are 100% on private property and serve two property owners. There is no public access." I have asked the writer of that message to reply here (or privately) within 48 hours. In the meantime I have changed the access to private and restored the service road.
