I think this case can be closed for now, given the answer received from user Jón.
Given the complexity of the situation "on the ground", it would be nice if you could give any information with the aid of photography, that said trails indeed do not exist. Is there any signage that tells people no trails exist at some point?

Why are you tagging every node of a building, also with the building tag?
A building should have building=yes on the outline, not on every node!
E.g. see this:

Removing data from OSM is considered vandalism.
If trails exist (being visible "on the ground") they should be on OSM. The reason for the existence of a trail ("nondesignated") is not relevant here.
If trails are private, forbidden or otherwise not accessible, they should be marked with appropriate tags (like access=private/no/forbidden).
Can you restore the paths yourself?

10 jaar geleden werd dit nog getagd met:
landuse=farmland
farmland=plant_nursery
de huidige (geprefereerde) tag is nu:
landuse=plant_nursery

Comment is wrong, should be: Added missing steps over river Schalesbach. Bicycles must dismount here. I passed this bridge on 3 june 2022 and had to take off all the lugage of my bicycle in order to pass this bridge.
