That carpark seems to be below the other building and the swimming pool.
Hence it should have layer=-1.
The adjacent Tropez Residences seem to have the same problem.
Apart from that the landuse with the name was duplicated.
I tried some fixes. Please follow with me and check this also:

Maar er is toch geen plek op aarde waar dat kan? Er is altijd landuse (behalve op zee), maar misschien hebben we er (nog) geen naam voor. En als je het niet weet hoef je het ook niet te vermelden...
