relation associatedStreet is used to avoid addr:strreet : if you use addr:street, it's a relation type=street (add some missing part of the road)

meaning less relation (associatedStreet link addr:housenumber to highway=* but this relation doesn't have any of those)

fix typo, can someone check the josm error about one member not allowed to be a highway=* ? i fail to understand it
