Opisałeś ten zestaw jako "aktualizacja budynków", ale zmieniłeś tutaj także kategorię długiego odcinka drogi z tertiary na secondary.
Ze względu na niewłaściwy opis zmian oraz braku sensownego wytłumaczenia dla takiego podniesienia kategorii, w zasadzie ślepej drogi, wycofałem cały zestaw zmian.

My conclusion is: queries and logic for these changes are flawed and this changeset should be reverted.
