This road is private and secured with a locked gate at the NW end and soon at the SW end. No through traffic to Cleland Bay Rd.
There is a permanently locked gate where Lowmeister Bay Road joins Cleland Bay Road. The owner of Lowmeister Bay Road only allows access to the Fire Department.
