Updated paths as designated for foot and bike traffic.

Deleted non-existing path passing through landscaping and moved another path from landscaping onto the actual pathway. Marked path segment leading down to Wolf Lake as accessible by bicycle.

Updated paths to concrete. Adjusted segments to overlays paths on imagery. Connected existing unconnected sidewalk segments to network.

Updated Gas Pipeline Trail to reflect its state of completion. The updated segments are now all concrete, and capable of carrying cycle and foot traffic. I've personally walked and biked along the path many times.
