Added some natural landuse around San Isabel. I will do more later.

added buildings in Timpas, Colorado.

removed unneccisary and repeated tags on Ha'aheo Elementary School's buildings that should only be on the school's landuse.

Added houses in the Mineral Palace area of Pueblo.

added coastlines to islets that needed them

phew, that's a big changeset. I realigned homes to Bing imagery, added landuse, and some other minor edits. i will be doing more soon, but i have to go to sleep soon and my browser is now lagging from how many changes i've made.
