Added unmarked crossings to better Coyote Creek Trail ending at William Street to the street

Made several corrections to the Coyote Creek Trail, made several changes to reflect the construction of paved trails in some sections.

Specified that bridge is currently closed (access=no). From memory, I think both ends of the bridge were fenced off to remove access for safety reasons as the bridge was in poor repair. See also Note 2604054
