Remove some more superflous cliff lines, add some ridges, improve old paths from someone's GPS which often was mirror image from current strava heatmap.

More rationalisation of cliffs (see wiki for usage of natural=cliff), added some ridges. Did consider arete but ridge in wider use. Removed name from CMD arete path onto ridge way. Various others path improvements/etc.
