It lloks like there is a construction and Owens Street is not passable from Mariposa. Can anyone confirm?

Looking at Bing and DG this area looks outdated. It has parking instead of a park and fence. Last edit was 2012, need locals to confirm.

There are overlapping taxiway and unclassified roads here. Should I delete the unclassified roads?

Road is not visible in Bing and Mapbox imagery.

These road were originally from TIGER import.
Bing imagery is 2015. A lot of roads here are not aligned to imagrey and strava traces

Bike path and Birch Street (northside) in Bing (2011) shows it is still unconnected but Mapbox Satellite shows it is connected. Need locals to verify and whether the turning_circle still exist.

Looking at imagery there appears to be a school, but before tracing and adding names, need local to confirm.
