Since also other users could ask themselves, what this building=tholos means, I suggest to provide all these buildings with a link to the mentioned Wikipedia article. This tag building:wikidata is used very rarely, but seems to me to be well suited.

currently I'm investigating some rarely used building=* tags.
In the process I found way/691929978 which uses building=temporary.
This tag is not often use and discouraged (see temporary=*)
From my point of view building=yes or building=retail would fit better if you add seasonal (seasonal=*) or just keep the opening houres.

Ten znacznik jest rzadko używany.
Z mojego punktu widzenia lepiej pasowałyby poniższe znaczniki:
