A lot of these building parts are relations with each line side being a part. This seems very strange, but I don't have the time to look further or fix at the moment.

"South Wendy Drive" should probably be combined into a dual-way road, since there doesn't appear to be a divider here. Unless the aerial imagery is out of date and they added a divider, but unlikely since bing is taken in 2021...
