Is this really called Felicita Road? It's certainly not a residential road. It goes from the entrance of the park to near someone's house, but I doubt they could drive there due to the chain at the northern end. Maybe this was a residential road at some point, but I think this should be a service road now. Also, the name might want to be removed.

Some of this area here is a second level walk area (as it appears in the aerial imagery), however, there are shops underneath, accessible at least from directly west.
