The idea of a dam and the stream direction are not consistent. Also Sandy Pond Dam on Flint's Pond does not match. It's further odd that Flint's Pond has punctuation, given the doctrine of the Board of Geonames.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

There is a path here which connects the Waltham Wayside Trail with the Weston Rail Trail. One can continuously walk/bike/etc from Waltham, over i95, over the train tracks, and onto Weston Rail Trail.
