Le Banke Ave is actually located slightly south and off of 200 East. The two sections of Le Banke Ave currently shown are just entrances to a business complex and apartment complex. Information has been updated by South Salt Lake GIS (google maps/ESRI base maps reflect the changes).

There's a new HAWK light in this parking area somewhere, though I don't know exactly where.
