I don't know why someone deleted Yoko Taco. But I don't remember how to look up or restore deleted points. So I remade from scratch. Inter alia.

South Town data refresh. Created the shops and details (e.g., restrooms, elevator) that were not there. Note that there is a weird-seeming spot south of the JC Penney, with hallway on level=1 but not on level=0. That is accurate.

South Town data refresh, intermediate save. Did ground level around from Round 1 end to the Automotive Addiction end, along the S/W wall, and the food court.
