Added/updated newly built roads based on a survey and associated street-level photos (road names and the paths of some under-construction roads are from the SanGIS roads database)

Added miniature golf course details, parking, buildings, and some other things

Added turn restrictions (there are two double solid yellow center lines and plastic posts preventing left turns)

Added bike lanes, cleaned up an area where roads crossed in a confusing and incorrect-looking way

Added vast expanses of parking, added one building, added wikidata and fixed up some tags
