According to http://www.mbayebikes.com/, there’s an ebike charging point at Grange Now. I don’t remember there being room to park bikes there, though. Needs a survey.

Path runs down north side of church and from centre of west side and leads to the school. Open access. Also a car park is missing north east of the road/river junction

Could you check this road, there is feedback from the driver, which shows that he could not drive. Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, access ban, gate or something else?
