There is another building here now as well. Not just car parking. I believe it is going to be a new premier inn but hasn't been fully build. This will need to be verified.

This is Rusland Moss National Nature Reserve, not Rossland. It carries the name (logically) of the correctly named Rusland Moss to the north, and the settlement further on.

Could you check this place, there is a feedback from the driver, which shows that he could not drive. Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, gate or something else?
