There is a relation for Fox River Trail that overlaps here. The FRT loops around and over the water via the bridge. However the Virgil and FRT are at different grades. There should be no intersection, but some route finding apps, eg. Komoot, Strava, make a mistake using OSM baselayer data.

I don't know how to fix it, but would like an expert review.
