I don't think this is Malmaison hotel. If I recall correctly, this is a public multi-storey car park and Malmaison is the next building south. i will try to check to be sure when I'm in the area.

Came to know the college is not here anymore and it got converted into a housing estate, Can anyone verify if the college is still here?

Several new buildings (see adjacent note about multi-storey car park), changed road layout. (Station Road finishes in a loop to N of Station concourse, remaining parts are now pedestrian plaza). Multi-storey is approx to SW of other marker. Will add photos of buildings to Geograph

the street that is out is n the back of east terrace . The light is outside the discovery accomodation building ( the blue painted one) shining onto the rough ground of royal hotel carpark area. The car park area is very dark.
