It seems like there is actually `landuse=healthcare` specifically for "clinic grounds", similar to how `landuse=education` is used when multiple distinct schools share a campus. But with only 851 uses worldwide, it is unlikely any data consumer will understand it.

So.... `=locality`? Tbh it would be nice if there's a guide on the (HK-specific) definitions of different `place=`s.

Admittedly I did not focus too much on the precise geometry and simplified some as I expect a natural forest's land cover to change constantly anyway so it shouldn't matter too much. Another factor was that the whole area is sparsely wooded making it difficult to decide where the `natural=wood` ends. And different aerial imagery sources differ quite a lot too.

My original intentional was to provide basic information on the vegetation on this area (which was empty), so maybe the precision wasn't the best. Feel free to rework on this area if you want to.

Still, regardless of the definitions of `=suburb`, I still don't believe Lau Shui Hang has enough importance to be one. e.g. nearby we have node/10752374968 as `=hamlet`, no way Lau Shui Hang is as important as Lei Yue Mun, Tiu Keng Leng, or Kwun Tong (other `=suburb`).

Are you sure? Afaik it's only "Robert Black General Out-patient Clinic" that's renamed to "San Po Kong Robert Black Family Medicine Clinic", with no name changes to Robert Black Health Centre (which contains more than just the family medicine clinic).

Hypothetically if the arc between the concerned segments doesn't exist, then the concerned segments are obviously part of the ending road and will get the same classification. Adding back that arc only increases the concerned segment's importance by making it facilitate more traffic, and it doesn't make sense increasing its importance will demote it. Just because the roads are aligned in a circle doesn't mean they all have the same importance.

2. Why? Traffic to/from the ending road must use the part of the arc immediately before/after, so in terms of functionality they are an extension of the ending road.
