What is this? I can't figure it out from aerial alone

If there's a better way to tag these, then re-tag them. These are gentle lights that turn on from sunrise to sunset, pointing upwards, that people can sit on. They're bright enough to be considered street lamps I think.

What does this underground bus stop look like? It's mapped (with some broken relations and such) as a platform with the buses going through, I just want to verify that that's what is happening before continuing
