Of course! for example check this changeset that we are commenting on. In this changeset he deleted two separated parkings, that I drew by multipolygon, to combine them as one. But they are two with different access and fee.
For another examples you can check 69193419 and 69193607, in these changesets he deleted two univercities, one stadium and one hospital, which are drawn by multipolygon relation, and combined some barriers and drew again the hospital but he forgot to draw others.
And you have already known about another mapper who maps by @geoaria on OSM, as you know he decided to remove a lot of suffixes in Isfahan province because he thought they are make the map ugly, while he was aware about the decision of the community to keep the suffixes. He left the Telegram group after this decision and after that he did that.
Fortunately there are a few like them in Iran but unfortunately the number of their edits is so much. A big part of their edits is about drawing unmapped areas and the community respect them because of that but they don't respect the community. It seems they think they are the only ones that must make decision for editing in that areas that were unmapped and they have drawn.

I'm not sure but it seems this user (iranmap28) always try to modify that places that have already mapped to put his name on them, because me and whole community asked him for several times for reasons and he has nothing to say and when we ask him to stop this he left the Telegram group and he still continues to his work... Unfortunately he is so careless and always makes a lot of mistakes during his edits... It seems he knows nothing about multipolygon relation and other relations because he always delete them...
sometimes he combines mutual members of relations with other members and to escape from errors he decides to remove relations...
We really don't know what we must do about these users like him, because if we report them and you block them they can come back with a new username... because of that we always try to turn them in a good mapper but unfortunately sometimes they think they know everything better than whole community.

These reverts are totally true and they were for correcting and fixing that data we lost during main changesets.

اقدام به حذف دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان، مجموعه ورزشی مس کرمان، دانشگاه پردیزه کرمان و بیمارستان افضلی پور کرمان کردین (البته بیمارستان رو دوباره رسم کردین) نمیدونم هدفتون از این کار چی بوده ولی ظاهراً سعی داشتین دیوارهای مشترک این مجموعه ها رو به دیوارهای غیر مشترک اونا بچسبونین و بصورت یکپارچه در بیارین که کار صد در صد اشتباهی بوده. دوست عزیز اگر به مباحث او اس ام الی خصوص ریلیشنها اشراف کافی ندارین لطفاً دیتای موجود رو دستکاری نکنین و خیلی راحت اقدام به حذف زحماتی که سایرین برای نقشه کشیدن نکنین. مطمئناً برای هیچ کاربری خوشایند نیست که ببینه زحماتش توسط شخص دیگری از بین رفته.

شما توی این چنجست اقدام به ایجاد یک خط مجزا برای اتوبوس از میدان مشتاق به آزادی کردین که این کار درست نیست چون از قبل تگهای مربوط به خط اتوبوس به معبر اصلی داده شده اند.
در کل یک معبر با یک خط رسم میشه مگر اینکه توسط جدا کننده ی فیزیکی ای به دو یا چند قسمت تقسیم شده باشه، و سایر موارد با تگذاری و ایجاد ریلیشن ایجاد میشن. مثلاً یک خط اتوبوس با ریلیشن باید ایجاد بشه نه رسم یک خط جدید.
