access was changed from private to no and now to yes (most recently by someone who makes random access edits like this all over North America) All the other road segments are mapped as private, and there's a gate that's been mapped. Needs to be checked

Skyline becomes a full fledged freeway starting here going North. This is absolutely unsuitable for bicycle traffic. Strava which uses your maps routed me on to this. One of the many surrounding surface streets would have been much better.
