There are no access tags on this tunnel. I think the tunnel would benefit from explicit access for for bicycles and pedestrians, as both are often forbidden from tunnels.

The trail down to the Zanskar River has not been mapped yet, it would be a good think to add, though it may not get much use in the summer.

Does this road really follow this route through Ichar? I don't see it on the imagery, and I suspect that it only goes south of the junction of the road from Reru and Padum. It would be a lot of work for the BRO to have roads on both sides of the river, and unnecessary. On the other hand, it'd be easy for a OSM editor to just reclassify the entire way, w/o dividing it at an appropriate location.

Please confirm or deny this way is passible to 4 wheeled vehicles as we now have it mapped.
